The return policy of mysweetmuffin.com is as follows:

Returns are accepted within 60 days after you receive the item.
Final Sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
Refund will be made in the form of the original payment.
Personalized items and custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Please contact them within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any defects.
All sales become final 60 days after you receive the item(s).
Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.

For gift returns, refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit and a gift certificate code will be e-mailed or mailed to the shipping address on the original order.
